These three Technical Quick Fixes provide some basic troubleshooting tips and suggestions to correct issues that may occur with Abraham LIVE. If you are having issues, go through each step, one at a time, and then go back to the broadcast. It may not be necessary to complete all three Quick Fixes; once you have a quality video stream, ignore the remaining steps and enjoy the broadcast.
Test your Internet Speed
To verify sufficent bandwidth, click here.
Once on that page, click the Start Test button. When the test is complete, note the Download Speed. This number should be greater than 1.0Mbps. If not, you do not have sufficient bandwidth. If you have more than 1.0Mbps, and are still experiencing issues, then move on to Quick Fix #2.
Update Adobe Flash Player
In order to view Abraham LIVE, you must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
Flash Player is free from Adobe just by clicking here. When you get there, click the Download Now button. Download and install the latest Flash Player, and try to view Abraham LIVE again. If you have updated Flash Player, and and are still experiencing issues, then move on to Quick Fix #3.
Use A Different Web Browser
Abraham-Hicks Publications fully supports viewing Abraham LIVE in Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
We strongly recommend you use the most up-to-date version of either Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari. We fully support Firefox and Safari, and both are free downloads. Click here for Firefox, or click here for Safari.
(Abraham LIVE can be viewed on other internet browsers, but in the event of any issues we will likely have you try one of our supported browsers as a solution.)
If you are already using one of our supported browsers and are still having difficulty, try the other browser. Remember, if you do download a new browser you’ll need to update Adobe Flash Player again, this time in the new browser. Open your new browser and click here to update Adobe Flash Player.
