- There is a different Adobe Flash software program for Mac computers and PC computers. Make sure you are downloading the correct updates for your particular computer.
- REBOOT your computer after downloading Adobe Flash updates to get them to work properly.
After you have updated your Adobe Flash software AND rebooted your computer (turned your computer completely off and back on again) return to the sample or test video page.
