If you have already tested your Internet speed and updated your Adobe Flash software and you are still having audio or video challenges with the test video, use this Quick Tip #3 to use a different Internet Browser.

Quick Fix #3 – Use a Different Internet Browser Your browser is the software you use to interface with the Internet. The Internet browsers most commonly used are Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome. The Abraham LIVE streaming video usually works best with Safari or Firefox browsers. If you’re using one of these browsers already, it is suggested that you also try the other one to see if your streaming video viewing improves.

If you are using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome (or some other browser), it is suggested that you download either Safari or Firefox software (or both)! Both browser software programs are FREE and you can download them here…

IMPORTANT – After you have downloaded new browser software, make sure to reboot your computer (completely shut down and turn back on) so that the browser will work properly.
